After arriving from Italy in 1968 Cesare Cremona identified a need for cheese production and supply in South Africa. Using his passion for Italian cheese and the skills he developed in the art of cheese making in Italy he established the factory known today as Cremona Cheese Factory cc in 1970.

Cesare’s legacy continues as the factory continues to run as a family-owned business led by his youngest son, Antonio, and managed by Antonio’s wife, Lucille, and their son, Giancarlo.
